This process involves people bringing their lives into work. There is an opportunity for a reality check – amnesty day in the office! Everyone gets a chance to comment, gossip & judge. The drama is encouraged and played out in a controlled setting.
The participants are then invited to make a decision about what is going to happen in the future based on this experience. The result is always a very clean & connected state for everyone involved.
